Well, first of all, never apply to any of the scam artists that will post offers for loans in this site. They will surely rip you off.
But given the low credit scores and the debt, your parents don't have a prayer of getting approved for a mortgage in this tight lending environment. I'd get used to living in rented accommodations if I were you (not that there is anything wrong with that).
