My fiance has really bad credit....?

I've been searching for mortgages and after doing all the work I've learned of his credit score. It's bad. Really bad. Not to say mine is amazing, but his is pretty terrible. He has been honest with me about how bad it was, but I didn't think it was THIS bad. I love him and want to be with him, but I'm worried about how this is going to work. We can't get a house with how bad his credit is and I'm in a place where I'd like to do this but won't get approved on my own. It makes me sad to think he's not as responsible as I thought he was... I'm even sort of mad about it. What do I do?My fiance has really bad credit....?
Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
