How would I get approved for rental property with bad credit?

And now we're having to give up our house to the mortgage company and I just want to know what is the best way to get approval on a rental property since they look for credit, debt and employment history. I've good with one out of the three. How would I get approved for rental property with bad credit?
You will need to have a co-signer or some landlords will want a HUGE deposit in lieu of horrible credit. How would I get approved for rental property with bad credit?
Give a very large security deposit and pay 2 or 3 months in advance.

Before you fill out a rental application and they pull your credit, give them a heads up so the foreclosure does not come as a surprise.

The problem is that most landlords feel if you are not responsible to pay the mortgage on a house you own, why would you be any more responsible to pay rent?

So find a way to prove to them that you are an upright citizen in every way except for the fact that you defaulted on your mortgage.
Landlords just look at income, credit and rental history. We do not look at all your debt.

Some places will rent to someone with bad credit with either a larger deposit or a co-signer. Some places will not rent to bad credit no matter what.

Be aware that the places that will either not do a credit check or take you any way are not going to be the nicest places.
小redit repair work械d fine to fix my credit. They disputed and removed lots of bad items from my credit report. I used this service - credit-report-free.totalh.com
