How can i get financed for a house when i have bad credit?

There is a house i am looking to buy its for sale for $35,000. Well i don't have good credit at all (as a teenage made stupid mistake with credit cards) anyways is there any way that i can get financed? How can i get financed for a house when i have bad credit?
Honestly, there is no easy way to get financed with bad credit. The point of having credit is so lenders know what kind of bill payer they are lending to, if you find a way around that it is either a scam or will cost you more money in the long run. The easiest way is to talk to a lender and have them point out each item on your report and they will tell you what to pay and what to dispute.

P.S. a good rule to remember is to keep your credit card balance at least 1/3 of what the limit is. Hope this helped you, it sucks having bad credit, I've been there. How can i get financed for a house when i have bad credit?
Idk... try going to some professionals. It's not always the best to ask just average people on some topics. And this is one of them. Sorry.
That's a very small amount to finance, I would call mortgage companies and ask what they need from you, it is fairly easy to raise your credit score with secured credit cards and a credit clean up
Take the money you'd use as a down payment on the house and pay off the bad debt. Get financed for the home loan and look into 1st time buyer programs where you don't need a down payment(you will however, probably have to buy your homeowners insurance).

Bottom line - pay off the bad debt and you can get financing.
you need the help of a mortgage banker in your area. With what little you have provided there is no good answer here.

I am a mortgage banker in TN %26amp; KY
You're in luck because professionals do use this site to help people in situations like yourself.

It's very important to understand that your credit is so important to you today. In the future, and we're actually starting to see it now, but job interviews, opening bank accounts, schools and much more will be making decisions based on your credit. Credit, in the future, will be the driving force for companies to judge your character.

My suggestion is to go to your bank and ask to sit down and talk to a loan officer. Let them run your credit and take a serious look to see what the issues are. Try to stay away from being an impulse buyer.

Fix your credit first.

See if you can get someone to go guarantor for you. Go to a broker, they might be able to arrange it but credit is really very tight now.

For such a small amount, you could apply for 40 credit cards, each for $1,000. You need to do this on the same day so you can truthfully say you don't have another credit card, and the credit check won't pick them up. This time, pay the outstanding monthly fee on every card, to build up a good credit rating.

Once you have secured the property, you can try to get a loan on it after a few months. This is an expensive way to do it but the monthly payments will only total $700 Save for them each week.
