How can I redo my house loan with bad credit?

I am IN-HOUSE through my bank at 7.55% interest rate - My wife and my credit has been ruined because of the economy and not having any work. My work has started to pick up a lot. Is there ANYONE who will approve a new home load with bad credit for people who have had their credit hurt? The IN-HOUSE interest rate really stinks and I was only allowed to get a 20 year loan (that's the max loan term the bank would give), so my payments are very high. Any help would be much appreciated.How can I redo my house loan with bad credit?

Stay away from anything with the word VARIABLE or fixed for only a few years like 5/5 loans.

Interest rates are about to go up, up and away.



Try other local banks and also credit unions.

But I think you are confused about the way the loan process is suppose to work: the people with the best credit get the best rates for the most money for the longest time. The people with the worst credit get nothing and the everyone else gets something in between on a sliding scale.



Giving people with poor credit the same terms as those with good credit is exactly the kind of backwards logic that started the housing bubble in the first place.

they are very good but their procedures are very stressful when i was dealing with they i thought it was fraud but my wife advised me to give it a try but they don檛 give out loan without upfront.



i am glad i have been able to pay them back 拢150,000, i was given last year and i have gotten my construction company back on track, i thought i would face difficulties been they are in UK and i in Germany but they are very good though just give it a try
